About the role

Prime Finance is seeking a highly skilled professional to join our Special Situations group. This role involves sourcing, underwriting, negotiating, and structuring debt and equity investments across various asset types and geographies.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing potential investment opportunities
• Underwriting and structuring debt and equity investments
• Negotiating deals with clients and partners
• Managing relationships with key stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in investment banking or similar field
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications

• Passionate about investing and finance
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in financial modeling and valuation
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance

Skills

• Strong financial modeling and analysis skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay

Salary range: $120,000 - $150,000 annually

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
