We are seeking an experienced Tax Manager to join our team. This role will focus on managing complex tax engagements for professional services clients, as well as high net worth individuals, families, and related entities. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical tax expertise, exceptional client service skills, and direct experience advising clients, particularly those with complex compensation structures, practice ownership interests, K‑1 income, and multi‑entity planning considerations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for our clients.
• Provide proactive tax planning and advisory support tailored to: S‑Corp, High Net Worth, Trusts & Estates, Partnerships and pass‑through entity owners.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a high level of service and responsiveness.
• Identify tax‑saving opportunities and strategic planning initiatives across clients’ personal and business interests.
• Review complex federal, state, and local tax returns, including: 1040 (individual
