Tax Manager
for each section heading. Use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use
for prose.
We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate: navigation, EEO, etc. There's none.
We need to preserve all substantive info.
Let's parse content:
Intro: "Columbia, SC- with Hybrid Options Moore, Beauston & Woodham, LLC (MBW) Why Join Moore, Beauston & Woodham? At MBW, technical excellence and a people-first culture go hand in hand. Built on a 30+ year legacy of “Knowledge in Numbers®”, we provide the resources of a premier CPA firm alongside the heart of a supportive, close-knit community. 7-Time Top Workplace Winner: Recognized for 7 consecutive years because we actively protect work-life balance and invest in our team's long-term growth.Modern & Tech-Forward: We leverage AI-driven tools, advanced automation, and streamlined workflows so you can focus on high-value advisory rather than manual processing.Culture That Recharges: Enjoy Summer Fridays off, firm-wide wellness step challenges, high-energy MBW Bingo & Monthly Firm Events, and regular team-building events across our offices."
That's the "Why Join" section. Could be heading "About the firm" or "Why Join MBW". The instruction: use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. But we can also use other headings? It says use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It suggests those are examples, but we should use appropriate headings based on content. Likely we should use headings like "About the Firm", "What You’ll Do", "What You Bring", "What We Offer". However they said "use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)". That implies we should stick to those standard headings if possible. But we can also use other meaningful headings? The instruction: "Use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It doesn't forbid other headings, but suggests those are typical. However they also say "include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it". So we need to map content to those headings.
We have:
- About the role: could be the intro about the firm and why join? Might be "About the role" but that's more about the job. Could use "About the role" for the description of the role and firm.
- Responsibilities: "What You’ll Do" list.
- Requirements/Qualifications: "What You Bring" includes certification, education, experience, leadership, communication, strategic mindset, tech-savvy. Could split into Requirements and Qualifications but we can combine.
- Skills: maybe not separate.
- Benefits: "What We Offer" includes culture & lifestyle perks and comprehensive benefits package.
- Pay: not mentioned.
- Schedule: not mentioned (though Summer Fridays off is a perk, but not schedule details). We should not create Schedule section unless posting actually states them. It mentions Summer Fridays off, but that's a perk, not schedule. Could be considered schedule but it's not explicit schedule like "full-time", "hybrid". The posting says "Columbia, SC- with Hybrid Options". That indicates hybrid work schedule. That's schedule info. So we could include Schedule section with hybrid options. However the instruction: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. It does state hybrid options. So we can include Schedule.
But we need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present.
Thus we can have sections: About the role (intro), Responsibilities (What You’ll Do), Requirements (What You Bring - certification, education, experience, etc.), Benefits (What We Offer), Schedule (Hybrid options). Possibly also Qualifications separate but we can combine.
We need to use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So for Responsibilities list, Requirements list, Benefits list.
We need to preserve all substantive info. Let's extract.

Schedule: Hybrid options (Columbia, SC- with Hybrid Options). Could be "Hybrid work schedule available". We'll output as
maybe.
We must not include application instructions like "Ready to elevate your tax career... Apply today". That's boilerplate/application instruction, should be removed.
Also remove duplicated lines.
