Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning, preparation, and detailed review of complex individual, multi‑state, and pass‑through business tax returns.
- Provide proactive tax planning, cash flow projections, and tailored financial consulting to support long‑term client goals.
- Act as a key firm ambassador, building trusted, “white‑glove” client partnerships through responsive communication.
- Champion staff growth through hands‑on coaching
