About the Role

We are seeking a Tax Manager for our Northeast Ohio offices (Cleveland, Akron, or Wooster). This role offers a flexible, hybrid work environment. The Tax Manager is responsible for all facets of client engagements, including supervising staff and directing the day-to-day progress of the engagement. You will prepare to assume increasing responsibility for handling a larger quantity and complexity of client assignments while beginning to develop client relationships.

Requirements

• CPA license preferred but not required
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Minimum 5 to 7 years of related experience; advanced degree preferred
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of operating systems
• Aptitude in the following areas:
  • Quantitative and qualitative research and analysis
  • Building relationships and leadership ability
  • Project management
  • Business development
• Self-motivated and willing to work in a team environment

Benefits

Determining actual compensation relies on many factors including individual candidate experience, qualifications, and comparable benchmarks. Base compensation for this role typically ranges between $100,000 and $130,000.
