I understand that the investigative consumer report may involve personal interviews with my neighbors, friends, relatives, former employers, schools, and others.

I also understand that under the Federal Fair Credit Reporting Act, I have the right to make a written request to the company, within a reasonable time, for the disclosure of the name and address of the consumer reporting agency to obtain a complete disclosure of the nature and scope of the investigation.

If I become employed, in consideration of my employment, I agree to conform to the rules and regulations of the company and I further agree that my employment will be at-will, and may be terminated with or without cause, and with or without notice, at any time at the option of myself or the company.

Only a Partner of the company has the authority to enter into an employment agreement for a specified period of time, and any such agreement must be in writing.

I understand and acknowledge that this constitutes the entire agreement between me and the company regarding the term of my employment and supersedes any other oral or written agreement.
