About the role

This is a well-established firm in Longview, Texas seeking a Tax Manager. The position involves assisting in the training, mentoring, and supervising of staff, reviewing tax returns, conducting tax research, and mentoring staff and interns.

Responsibilities

• Review of Tax Returns
• Tax Research
• Mentor Staff & Interns
• Train Staff

Qualifications

• CPA Required
• Bachelor’s in Accounting
• 6+ Years of Experience in Public Accounting
• Review Experience
• Supervisory Experience
• Familiarity with CCH Axcess (a bonus)
• Experience with 1040, 1065, 1120, & 1120-S
