About the role

A hands‑on, results‑oriented Tax Manager is needed to oversee a team of highly motivated staff and senior accountants. This position offers professional growth and the opportunity to lead tax compliance, consulting, and complex projects for a diverse client base across multiple industries.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage a team of highly motivated staff accountants.
• Provide tax compliance and consulting services to a diverse client base.
• Lead complex tax projects for a variety of clients and industries.
• Deliver timely and thorough evaluations and counseling for staff accountants.
• Act as a hands‑on leader, motivating the team toward final goals.

Requirements

• CPA designation.
• 5+ years of proven experience in public accounting, specifically in a tax supervisory role.
• Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Master’s degree in Taxation is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership and team‑motivation abilities.
• Excellent multi‑tasking, verbal, and written communication skills.
