Requirements
- 10+ years of tax experience, including 5-7 years in public accounting and 4-6 years in industry
- Strong experience with both domestic and international tax
- Experience supporting carve-outs and complex global entity structures
- U.S. federal, state, and international tax compliance
- Experience with transfer pricing, intercompany transactions, R&D credits, and amended returns
- Experience supporting tax audits, including international audits (UK audit experience preferred)
- Ability to clean up and improve tax processes in a complex, fast-paced environment
- Experience partnering with external tax firms and executive leadership
Preferred Requirements
- SaaS or technology industry experience
- Experience with OneSource tax software
- Experience with global entities and international entity wind-downs
