Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Develop and implement new crop protection products and technologies.
- Collaborate with R&D, regulatory, and sales teams to ensure regulatory compliance and commercial viability.
- Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring timely delivery of products.
- Stay updated with industry advancements and regulatory changes impacting crop protection products.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Chemistry, Biology, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in crop protection or related field.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of crop protection chemistry and formulation.
- Experience with regulatory processes and documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel up to 25% for meetings and training.

Pay
- $75,000 - $90,000 annually.
Schedule
