Tax Manager

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Tax Manager to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $120,000 to $140,000 per year. Job Responsibilities Manage international tax and transfer pricing activities while maintaining compliance with global regulatory requirements. Develop and maintain intercompany pricing policies, agreements, and supporting documentation across multiple business entities. Oversee intercompany transactions, settlements, reconciliations, and financial adjustments to ensure accurate reporting. Support tax planning initiatives, business expansion efforts, and assessments of financial and regulatory risks. Collaborate with accounting, finance, legal, and external advisors to support reporting, audits, compliance, and special projects. Requirements Hold an active CPA license and possess a strong background in accounting, taxation, or a related field. 5+ years of international tax experience with significant exposure to transfer pricing matters. Demonstrate knowledge of international tax regulations, transfer pricing principles, and global compliance requirements. Possess experience managing tax reporting, tax provision activities, and compliance obligations across multiple jurisdictions. Maintain advanced Excel skills and experience working with enterprise financial systems and large data sets. Qualifications Apply strong analytical and problem solving skills to evaluate tax positions, financial data, and cross border transactions. Demonstrate experience managing multiple projects, external advisors, and competing deadlines in a fast paced environment. Communicate complex tax concepts effectively to accounting, legal, finance, and executive stakeholders. Maintain exceptional attention to detail when preparing documentation, reviewing calculations, and ensuring compliance.
