Tax Manager - 951

Accounting$129k–$162k/yrFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we need to use headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not repeat job title as heading. We must include sections only if posting has real specific content. We need to parse the posting. Content: - Intro: "We are seeking a Tax Manager in our Broomfield, CO, Location. We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Tax Manager to oversee Quantinuum's global tax operations, compliance, planning, and reporting activities. This role will be responsible for managing domestic and international tax matters, ensuring regulatory compliance, supporting strategic business initiatives, and partnering with finance and business leaders to optimize tax outcomes in a dynamic and rapidly growing environment. The successful candidate will bring strong technical tax expertise, a proactive approach to risk management, and the ability to navigate complex tax issues while supporting business growth and operational excellence." That's about the role description. Could be "About the role" section. - Key Responsibilities: list with subheadings: Tax Compliance & Reporting, Tax Planning & Strategy, Risk Management & Compliance, Business Partnership & Collaboration, Process Improvement & Leadership. Each has bullet points. We need to output
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we can have a
      for responsibilities, each
    • containing the bullet text. Should we keep subheadings inside li? Probably we can embed subheading as strong or just plain text. The instruction: Use
      • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. So we can have a

          where each
        • contains the responsibility description (including subheading). That's fine. - Requirements: "YOU MUST HAVE:" list: Bachelor's Degree minimum, Minimum 7+ years of progressive tax experience..., Due to Contractual requirements, must be a U.S. Person..., Due to national security requirements..., candidates must not be a PRC national or Russian national unless also US citizen. These are requirements. Could be under "Requirements" heading. - "WE VALUE:" list: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or related field. CPA, MST, or other relevant professional certification. Strong knowledge of U.S. federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations. Experience with tax compliance, tax provision accounting, and tax planning. Experience managing international tax matters in a multinational organization. Strong knowledge of ASC 740, transfer pricing, and indirect tax regulations. Experience supporting high-growth technology, manufacturing, or research-driven organizations. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. Experience working with ERP systems and tax technology solutions. Excellent communication and relationship management skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Experience working in a global organization. These could be under "Qualifications" or "Skills". The instruction says we can have sections like Qualifications, Skills. We need to decide. Probably "Qualifications" for education/certifications, and "Skills" for abilities. But we can combine if needed. However we should not create thin sections. Maybe combine "Qualifications and Skills" into one section? But we have headings list: Qualifications, Skills. We could put education/certifications under Qualifications, and the rest under Skills. That seems reasonable. - Compensation & Benefits: includes "Incentive Eligible -- Range posted is inclusive of bonus target The pay range for this role is $129,000 -- $162,000 annually. Actual compensation within this range may vary based on the candidate's skills, educational background, professional experience, and unique qualifications for the role." Then description of company, then "What's in it for you?" list: A competitive salary and innovative, game-changing work Flexible work schedule Employer subsidized health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) match for student loan repayment benefit Equity, 401k retirement savings plan + 12 Paid holidays and generous vacation + sick time Paid parental leave Employee discounts Thus we have Pay (range) and Benefits (list). Also maybe Schedule? Not mentioned besides flexible work schedule (that's a benefit). So we can have Pay section with the range, Benefits section with the list. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, equal opportunity, legal, etc. Also remove duplicated lines, navigation, cookie, application instructions. Also remove "Know Your Rights: Workplace discrimination is illegal". Also remove "Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis, there is no application deadline for this position." Also remove the PI number and maybe the "$129,000 - $162,000 a year" duplicate? We already have pay range. We must preserve all substantive information. So we need to keep the company description about Quantinuum? It's substantive? It's about the company, maybe not required but it's part of posting. The instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we should keep that description. It's not boilerplate; it's about the company. So we can include it in a paragraph under maybe "About the company" but we don't have a heading for that. We could include it in the "About the role" section as prose. Or we could add a separate section like "About Quantinuum". But headings list only includes certain ones; we could still add other headings? The instruction: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It says e.g., implying those are examples but we should likely stick to those. It says "include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it". So we can add other headings if needed, but better to stick to given list. The company description could go under "About the role" as part of the role description. Thus final HTML:
