About the role
You will work on projects that give you exposure to multiple departments and systems to ensure proper documentation and accurate reporting.
Responsibilities
- Work on projects to help maximize after-tax profit for trading activity
- Collaborate with teams across trading, operations, and technology
- Gain exposure to multiple systems including both third-party platforms and internally developed systems
- Learn about current tax rules and their impact on the business
Requirements
- Pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related major with intent to graduate within one year
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
- Experience with Python, HTML, VBA, or SQL preferred
- Co-op/internship/project experience in tax or accounting
- Ability to collaborate with a team while working independently
- Entrepreneurial spirit and flexibility
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident
- Pass background check
