Tax Internship - Spring 2028
About the role
We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Intern to join our Tax Department. Our tax team proactively services individuals and businesses to help clients minimize taxes and maximize growth. With ongoing continuing education, you'll stay current on tax legislation to identify strategic tax planning opportunities for clients. You will work with a variety of clients across multiple industries on their tax preparation and planning, supported by in-house training programs and direct mentorship to develop a breadth of skills and experiences.
Responsibilities
- Prepare income tax returns (individual, partnership, multistate, corporate, and other)
- Assist with quarterly planning
- Respond to inquiries from Federal and State taxing authorities
- Conduct tax research projects
- Participate in special projects as assigned
Requirements
- Working towards a bachelor's or master's degree in accounting and/or 150 credit hours
- Minimum 3.0 GPA and a solid track record of academic achievements
- Completion of intermediate accounting course(s)
- Completion of some Tax and/or Audit course(s) by time of internship
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Exemplary communication and organizational skills
- Strong desire to learn and develop professionally

Pay
$28.00 per hour. This range reflects anticipated responsibilities and qualifications; final compensation may vary based on individual experience, knowledge, and skills.
Schedule
Full-time internship running January - April in our Eden Prairie, Minnesota office.
