Responsibilities

• Preparation of tax returns
• Basic tax research
• Learning foundations of tax concepts needed as a tax professional
• Opportunities to work as a team member on both domestic and international client engagements

Qualifications

• Pursuing Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in tax, accounting, or a similar degree
• CPA Eligibility: You must be scheduled to meet the educational requirements to obtain a CPA license. Prior to starting full-time, new hires must fulfill the education-related eligibility criteria to obtain a CPA license in their assigned Crowe work location. These requirements vary by state, and it is the new hire’s responsibility to ensure they satisfy the applicable criteria.
• Proficient with Excel
• Relevant work experience (e.g., internships, summer positions, school jobs)
• Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work on multiple assignments
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment with professionals of all levels
• Available to work/travel evenings or weekends when needed (Saturday and/or Sunday)
• Car may be required to travel to client site

Pay

A reasonable estimate of the current range is $27.00 - $42.00 per hour.

Schedule

This role follows a hybrid work model for candidates located near a Crowe office. Candidates who are not within commuting distance of a Crowe office may be considered for a remote work arrangement, subject to business needs.
