About the role

Our Tax Interns play an integral role on client engagements during peak season. Internships at Weaver serve as a valuable first step in a long-term career with the firm. By the end of the internship, you’ll have gained extensive practical knowledge and made lasting connections with fellow interns, Weaver Leaders, and clients.

Requirements

• Working towards a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or related field with the goal to obtain the credit hours necessary to become a CPA
• Ability to travel to client sites as needed
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Positive attitude and a growth mindset
• Overtime may be expected

Pay

Hourly rate: $35.00 - $37.00/hour. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
