Tax Intern | Multiple Locations Winter 2028
About the role
withcontaining that intro. - Responsibilities: list of duties. Use
- .
- Qualifications: list of qualifications. Use
- .
- Benefits: mention "comprehensive, competitive benefits package" and details: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401(k), personal well-being benefits, PTO, holidays, breaks. That's specific enough to include Benefits section.
- Pay: they give California Salary Range: $80000 - $100000. Also mention salary ranges based on location. So we have specific pay info: California Salary Range: $80000 - $100000. Also mention that salary determined based on factors. We can include Pay section with that range.
- Schedule: they mention "Depending on job classification, standard work hours, and years of service, KPMG provides Personal Time Off per fiscal year. Additionally, each year KPMG publishes a calendar of holidays to be observed during the year and provides eligible employees two breaks each year where employees will not be required to use Personal Time Off; one is at year end and the other is around the July 4th holiday." That's about schedule/time off. Could be considered Schedule section. It's specific enough: standard work hours, PTO, holidays, breaks. We'll include Schedule.
We must not include boilerplate like EEO, legal, etc. Remove duplicated lines. Also remove "KPMG is an equal opportunity employer..." etc. Also remove "No phone calls or agencies please." etc. Also remove "KPMG recruits on a rolling basis." etc. Also remove "Los Angeles County applicants: Material job duties..." etc. Also remove "KPMG LLP and its affiliates..." etc. Also remove "KPMG LLP will not sponsor applicants..." etc. Also remove "KPMG LLP and its affiliates..." etc. Also remove "KPMG is proud to offer a comprehensive, competitive benefits package..." we already used that but we need to keep benefits details. However the sentence about benefits is part of benefits section; we can keep it.
We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep the specifics: responsibilities list exactly as given (maybe split into separate li items). Qualifications list exactly as given (maybe split). Benefits: we need to keep details: medical and dental plans, vision coverage, disability and life insurance, 401(k) plans, robust suite of personal well-being benefits to support mental health, Personal Time Off per fiscal year, calendar of holidays, two breaks each year (year end and around July 4th). Also mention that benefits based on eligibility.
Pay: California Salary Range: $80000 - $100000. Also mention that salary determined based on relevant factors such as applicant's skills, job responsibilities, prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications and market considerations. Also mention that KPMG complies with local/state regulations regarding displaying salary ranges. Provide link? The instruction says remove duplicated lines, but we can keep the link? It's part of pay transparency. Might be considered substantive? It's a link to salary ranges by city outside of CA. Could keep as part of Pay section. However we must not include navigation/legal/EEO etc. The link is not boilerplate; it's about pay transparency. Could include as link. But we need to output only HTML fragment; we can include . It's okay.
Schedule: we have details about standard work hours, PTO, holidays, breaks. Also mention "Depending on job classification, standard work hours, and years of service, KPMG provides Personal Time Off per fiscal year." Also "each year KPMG publishes a calendar of holidays to be observed during the year and provides eligible employees two breaks each year where employees will not be required to use Personal Time Off; one is at year end and the other is around the July 4th holiday." Also maybe mention "Additional details about our benefits can be found towards the bottom of our KPMG US Careers site at Benefits & How We Work." That's more about benefits; we could keep that as part of Benefits.
We must not repeat job title as heading. Already not.
We must not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings; none present.
We must not include sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present.

Schedule: We already included PTO etc in Benefits; but schedule section could be about standard work hours, PTO, holidays, breaks. However we already put PTO etc in Benefits. Might be duplication. The instruction: prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. We could merge schedule info into Benefits or keep separate. Since we already have Benefits covering PTO etc, we could omit Schedule section to avoid thin section. But we need to ensure we don't lose schedule specifics. The schedule specifics are about standard work hours, PTO, holidays, breaks. Those are already in Benefits paragraph. So we can skip Schedule section. Thus final HTML includes About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay. Check for any boilerplate left: We removed EEO, legal, etc. We kept the visa sponsorship statement (that's part of qualifications).
