Job Responsibilities
- Absorb corporate, federal, and state tax responsibilities, including tax return preparation and supporting workpapers.
- Participate in quarterly and annual tax provision processes, focusing on deferred tax calculations.
- Respond to IRS and state tax inquiries and audits.
- Analyze data to support R&D tax credit studies and document qualified research activities and expenses.
- Prepare supporting schedules and reports for R&D credit filings.
- Support preparation of transfer pricing documentation and analysis of intercompany pricing.
- Collect and organize financial and operational data from various business units for intercompany pricing analysis.
- Prepare and reconcile property tax returns and assessments.
- Conduct basic tax research and summarize findings for compliance and planning purposes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
- Engage in special projects and process improvement initiatives within the tax area.
- Handle ad-hoc topics as assigned.
Requirements
- Ability to work on-site.
- Completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
