Tax Innovation - Tax Data Transformation - Director

Responsibilities

• Leading the development and implementation of innovative tax data transformation strategies
• Overseeing end-to-end delivery of projects that integrate business, experience, and technology aspects
• Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and design impactful solutions
• Driving business growth by identifying market gaps and converting opportunities into successes
• Mentoring and guiding teams to cultivate potential and foster a collaborative environment
• Promoting technological advances to create environments where people and technology thrive together
• Developing new ideas, solutions, and structures to drive thought leadership in tax innovation
• Balancing strategic choices with detailed execution to drive change and address system-level enablers
• Building and maintaining executive-level client relations to enhance customer and employee experiences
• Confirming adherence to professional and technical standards, including PwC's code of conduct and independence requirements

Requirements

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 8 years of experience
• At least one of the following: Certified Public Accountant, Member of the Bar or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials

Benefits

• The salary range for this position is: $150,000 - $438,000.
• Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.

Pay

The salary range for this position is: $150,000 - $438,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
