Opportunity

As part of the Software and Product Innovation team, you will set the technology vision and strategy for tax innovation, focusing on AI, LLMs, and data-driven platforms. As a Director, you will drive business growth by shaping and sponsoring major cloud and AI-enabled initiatives, influencing enterprise technology direction, and building a top-performing engineering organization that consistently delivers measurable business impact.

Responsibilities

  • Establish the strategic technology vision for tax innovation
  • Drive initiatives focused on AI, LLMs, and data-driven solutions
  • Influence the direction of enterprise technology to enhance business growth
  • Build and lead a top-performing engineering team to achieve measurable outcomes
  • Shape and sponsor significant cloud and AI-enabled projects
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to confirm alignment with business objectives
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team
  • Monitor industry trends to identify opportunities for technological advancements

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 8 years of experience
  • Master's Degree preferred
  • Delivering transformative, AI-enabled platforms and products
  • Shaping and executing multi-year technology roadmaps
  • Leading cross-business and cross-functional initiatives
  • Defining and championing engineering culture and operating models
  • Overseeing governance, risk, and compliance for cloud and AI
  • Representing technology and AI strategy to executive leadership
  • Building and evolving a successful engineering organization

Pay

The salary range for this position is: $150,000 - $438,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
