Tax Innovation & Delivery Experience - Tax Transformation - Manager

Responsibilities

• Leading the design and implementation of innovative experience strategies to enhance customer and employee engagement
• Managing end-to-end delivery of projects, integrating business, experience, and technology aspects
• Analyzing client needs and developing creative solutions to drive impactful outcomes
• Coaching and mentoring team members to leverage their unique strengths and improve performance
• Utilizing business process modeling and technology implementation skills to optimize project delivery
• Built and maintained relationships with clients to understand and address their experience challenges
• Facilitated the deployment of scalable solutions that align with client objectives
• Encouraged the adoption of emerging technologies to enhance service excellence and delivery
• Confirmed project timelines and deliverables are met through strategic planning and execution
• Addressed conflicts and engaged in constructive conversations with stakeholders to resolve issues

Requirements

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 4 years of experience
• At least one of the following: Certified Public Accountant, Member of the Bar or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials

Benefits

• The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $266,000.
• Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.

Pay

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $266,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
