Tax Innovation - Data and Analytics Engineering - Senior Manager

As a leader in Tax Innovation - Data and Analytics Engineering, you will drive the development of AI and GenAI solutions, including analytical modeling and prompt engineering, to transform raw data into actionable insights that fuel business growth. Within our Tax practice, you’ll leverage your expertise and professional networks to deliver high-quality results, mentor teams, and solve complex problems. This role requires sound judgment, the ability to motivate diverse and inclusive teams, and a focus on designing robust data solutions that enable informed decision-making. You’ll craft clear, impactful narratives, apply systems thinking to uncover underlying issues, and validate outcomes with clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and deployment of AI and GenAI solutions, including analytical modeling and prompt engineering.
• Design, test, and maintain AI architectures to deliver end-to-end solutions for clients.
• Transform raw data into actionable insights to support informed decision-making and drive business growth.
• Apply systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities within data and analytics projects.
• Validate outcomes with clients and incorporate feedback to refine solutions.
• Direct teams through complex and ambiguous situations, demonstrating composure and strategic problem-solving.
• Initiate coaching conversations to motivate and develop high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams.
• Utilize technical proficiency in machine learning, natural language processing, and data science to enhance AI capabilities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify data challenges and develop innovative solutions using Azure AI Services and LangChain.
• Implement retrieval-augmented generation techniques to optimize data utilization and improve business performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• At least 7 years of relevant experience.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $124,000 - $335,000. Actual compensation within the range will depend on skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
