Tax Innovation - AI Engineer - Senior Manager
As a Senior Manager in Tax Innovation - AI Engineering, you will lead the integration and deployment of artificial intelligence technologies within our Tax practice, enhancing performance and capabilities. You will act as a strategic advisor, driving project success and building trust with multi-level teams and stakeholders. This role involves motivating and coaching teams to solve complex problems, applying sound judgment to develop high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams, and overseeing the design, development, and maintenance of data infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Lead the integration and deployment of artificial intelligence technologies to enhance performance and capabilities.
- Oversee the design and maintenance of data infrastructure to support efficient data management and sharing.
- Manage data pipelines to validate accurate and timely data movement across systems.
- Develop data models to organize and represent data in a structured manner, supporting decision-making processes.
- Implement machine learning and natural language processing techniques to drive innovation in data analytics.
- Utilize Python programming to build and refine data analytics solutions.
- Conduct rapid experimentation to test new ideas and improve data-driven strategies.
- Provide coaching and feedback to develop team skills and performance in data and analytics engineering.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate data from different and multiple sources into a unified view.
- Validate data quality to maintain accuracy, consistency, and reliability for informed decision-making.
Requirements
- At least a Bachelor's degree.
- At least 6 years of experience.
Qualifications
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Analytics/Data Science, Artificial Intelligence/Robotics, Computer Science/Information Systems, Engineering.
- Certifications aligned to data engineering, machine learning, and cloud platforms, including AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, Databricks, Snowflake, or related data and AI credentials.
- Experience leading AI implementation projects to enhance performance and capabilities.
- Experience managing data infrastructure to promote data sharing and consumption.
- Experience integrating data from diverse sources into unified views.
- Experience modeling data to support efficient management and integrity.
- Proficiency in Python for programming and machine learning applications.
Pay
The salary range for this position is $124,000 - $335,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
