Tax Director

What You'll Do

• Lead the review and approval of complex corporate, partnership, and individual tax engagements.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing proactive tax planning and strategic guidance.
• Build and strengthen long-term client relationships while delivering exceptional service.
• Mentor, coach, and develop tax professionals, helping drive team success.
• Collaborate with audit and advisory teams on integrated client solutions.
• Represent clients before taxing authorities when needed.
• Stay ahead of changing tax legislation and advise clients on emerging opportunities and risks.
• Play an active role in business development, networking, and expanding the firm's presence in the market.

What We're Looking For

• CPA in good standing.
• 7-10+ years of progressive public accounting tax experience.
• Strong background in corporate taxation and tax provisions.
• Experience representing clients before federal and/or state taxing authorities.
• Proven leadership experience managing and developing tax professionals.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting (Master's in Taxation preferred).
• Excellent communication, client management, and business development skills.
