About the role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations and addressing technical issues promptly.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and software applications.
• Provide technical support to employees and resolve complex IT issues.
• Implement and manage security protocols to protect company data and systems.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance of hardware and software.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall technology solutions and user experiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in IT management or support.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex IT problems.
• Strong knowledge of network administration, server management, and cloud computing technologies.
• Experience with ITIL best practices and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server, Linux, and VMware environments.
• Experience with network monitoring tools such as Nagios or SolarWinds.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience.

Schedule
