Opportunity for Growth

This is a unique, dual-track opportunity designed to accommodate two distinct professional profiles:

• The Growth Track (Senior Manager): For an ambitious leader currently at the Senior Manager level who is ready to take the final step into a Partner-entry role with a clear runway to equity.
• The Integration Track (Partner/Firm Owner): For an established Partner or Solo-Firm Owner with a portable book of business who is looking to leverage a larger firm’s infrastructure, specialized resources, and back-office support to better serve their clients.

Requirements

CPA certification is required.

• Experience (Senior Manager): 8–12 years of progressive experience in public accounting with a track record of managing high-performing teams.
• Experience (Partner/Owner): 15+ years of experience, including current or previous partner-level responsibility or firm ownership.

Soft Skills

Exceptional communication skills, a "consultant" mindset, and the ability to build trust with both clients and internal staff.

$140,000 - $250,000 per year
