Responsibilities

• Grow and serve our Cincinnati tax clients
• Execute the strategy and plans to grow a practice through expansion of services to existing clients and obtaining new clients
• Motivate and empower people and teams
• Build and maintain relationships, engage others, and establish connections
• Provide exceptional client service skills leading to the highest quality of execution and delivery of client engagements
• Demonstrate excellent and enthusiastic interpersonal and communication skills
• Show excellent problem solving, organizational, and analytical skills

Qualifications

• Active CPA license
• 10+ years of experience in business taxation working for a Big 4, large national, or regional accounting firm
