- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field OR equivalent experience
- Previous experience in tax or accounting roles, preferably with exposure to cost segregation, fixed asset concepts, R&D credits, and/or incentive studies
- Eager to learn and develop technical expertise for a successful career in tax credits and incentives
- Able to organize and manage detail-intensive data/files while following established processes
- Technical verbal and written communication skills with close attention to detail
- MS Suite proficiency, especially Excel

- Support cost segregation studies through property cost data preparation and documentation
- Support R&D credit studies through project cost data preparation and documentation
- Proactively gather, organize, and validate client data needed to support study completion
- Ensure close coordination of workflows and documentation to meet engagement deadlines
- Continuously learn and apply cost segregation and R&D credit rules through hands-on experience and collaboration with team members
