Salary

Starting at $33,000; commensurate with experience

Responsibilities

• Afford assistance to walk-in customers
• Field queued calls and return calls from the department call log
• Generate statements for delinquent taxes via mail/email
• Process and deliver incoming mail
• Verify Notice to Redeem entries
• Enter certified return mail, box, and send to storage
• Process walk-in cash redemptions and prepare deposits daily
• Afford assistance with other redemptions as needed

Qualifications

• Experience with Windows based computers and Microsoft products
• Quality Control with attention to detail and accuracy
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Must be punctual with dependable attendance

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Education or the GED equivalent
