Role Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for portfolio management, analyzing data related to opportunities, billing, and expenses to ensure engagement success.
- Oversee billing, reconciliation, and pricing strategies, ensuring accurate charges and financial outcomes.
- Cook up engagement setup, tailoring processes to client needs and compliance standards.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and clients to facilitate smooth operations.
- Provide administrative support, managing calendars, meetings, travel, and expense reports for leadership.
- Uphold professionalism, integrity, and a respectful work environment.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum one year of relevant work experience or three years in a related field.
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration, or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong communication, data analysis, and research skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing multiple projects effectively.
