Tax Associate (Seasonal)

About the role

This role provides paid training, flexible scheduling, and the opportunity to gain valuable experience in tax preparation, customer service, and financial services.

What You'll Do

• Assist clients with gathering and organizing tax documents
• Conduct client interviews to understand their tax situations
• Prepare tax returns using H&R Block software
• Deliver exceptional customer service and support
• Explain available tax-related products and services
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy when handling client information
• Work collaboratively with office team members throughout the tax season

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to learn new technology and tax preparation processes
• Current college students and recent graduates are encouraged to apply
• No prior tax experience required; training is provided

Preferred Majors

Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Communications, and related fields.
