Tax Associate - Corporate

About the role

The ideal candidate will have experience with corporate taxes, M&A, partnerships, and joint ventures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review tax returns for clients
• Assist in due diligence for mergers and acquisitions
• Provide tax advice on partnership and joint venture structures

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3+ years of relevant experience in corporate tax consulting
• CPA certification preferred

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
