Key Responsibilities
- Advising clients on transactional tax matters across M&A, joint ventures and fund formations
- Supporting private equity transactions and corporate restructurings
- Providing domestic and international tax structuring and planning advice
- Conducting legal research and drafting tax-related memoranda and transaction documents
- Collaborating with corporate teams on deal execution and strategy
Who You Are
- 3–5 years of transactional tax experience
- Experience with private equity, M&A and fund formation matters
- Exposure to domestic and international tax structuring
- Strong academic credentials
- Excellent writing, analytical and communication skills
- Team-oriented with strong attention to detail
- Admitted to the New York Bar
Compensation
Salary Range: $260,000 – $365,000 (DOE)
