Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on federal, state and international tax matters
- Support mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions and corporate finance matters
- Counsel clients on equity financings and strategic transactions
- Advises on technology transfers, licensing arrangements and collaboration agreements
- Afford domestic and international tax planning strategies
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to provide integrated tax advice
- Support emerging growth companies and established market leaders across the technology and life sciences sectors
- 4th–6th year associate
- Experience in transactional tax matters
- Background in mergers and acquisitions, capital markets and corporate finance preferred
- Experience advising on equity financings, technology transfers and licensing arrangements preferred
- Exposure to domestic and international tax planning matters
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
