About the role
We’re hiring a Tax Associate to join our team. This is a full-time, in-office, entry-level role designed for a graduating senior who wants real client exposure, hands-on technical work, and a clear path to grow into an adviser.
Responsibilities
- Prepare individual, S-corporation, partnership, and multi-state tax returns under reviewer supervision
- Support advisory work — tax planning, projections, and client strategy conversations
- Research tax questions and summarize findings clearly
- Maintain organized client files and workpapers
- Participate in client meetings and follow-up communication
- Respond to IRS and state notices with team support
- Build toward your PTIN, EA, and CPA credentials
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Accounting, graduating May or December 2026
- On track to sit for the CPA exam
- Coursework in Federal Taxation and Intermediate Accounting
- Working proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to in-office team work
Qualifications
- Prior internship experience in tax or public accounting
- Progress toward AFSP, PTIN, EA, or CPA exam parts
