Tax Associate

About the role

Husch Blackwell LLP is seeking a Tax Associate with at least four years of experience to join our dynamic team. This position is available in multiple offices across the United States, with a preference for candidates in Austin, Kansas City, Milwaukee, St. Louis, or Washington, D.C.

Responsibilities

• Experience in a wide range of complex federal transactional tax matters with both non-profit and for-profit clients
• Business entity formations, mergers, acquisitions, and reorganizations
• State and local tax matters, including income, franchise, sales, and use tax

Requirements

• Active bar license in the state corresponding with the office to which you are applying or commitment to obtaining one as soon as possible

Benefits

We offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and much more. Compensation is competitive and varies based on location, ranging from $215,000 - $318,000 in some markets.
