Tax Associate

Responsibilities

• Aid in preparing income tax returns and ensure compliance with federal and state filing requirements.
• Track quarterly and annual income and expenses for accurate preparation of tax returns.
• Collaborate with team members to communicate tax accounting to colleagues in other departments of the firm.
• Maintain accurate tax workpapers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
• 1 or more years full-time experience in tax return preparation or accounting-related field.
• Strong attention to details.
• Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication skills.
• A desire to contribute, learn, and grow at Catalyst Family Office.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively.
