Tax Associate (3-5 Years)

About the Role

Our Tax practice is seeking an associate with three to five years of post-JD experience to join our Boston or New York office. We will consider candidates in other locations where we have an office.

Responsibilities & Experience

• Experience with transactional tax matters including mergers, acquisitions, financings, and investments (both debt and equity).
• Experience with partnership/LLC and joint ventures (a plus).
• Strong research and writing skills.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor.
• Attorney must be licensed to practice law and a member in good standing in the state/jurisdiction in which the position is based.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Willingness to positively contribute to a collaborative work environment.
