Tax Associate (3-5 Years)

About the Role

The Tax practice is seeking an associate with three to five years of post-JD experience to join our Boston or New York office. We will consider candidates in other locations where we have an office.

Responsibilities & Experience

• Experience with transactional tax matters, including mergers, acquisitions, financings, and investments (both debt and equity).
• Experience with partnership/LLC and joint ventures is a plus.
• Strong research and writing skills.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree.
• Must be licensed to practice law and a member in good standing in the state/jurisdiction where the position is based.
• Strong analytical skills and a willingness to positively contribute to a collaborative work environment.
