Skills & Qualities We Value

• 5+ years of progressive tax experience, with a mix of public accounting and in-house experience strongly preferred
• Strong working knowledge of U.S. federal and state income tax compliance, sales tax, nexus considerations, and international tax matters for a global business
• Experience with indirect tax, sales tax compliance, nexus analysis, transfer pricing, tax provisions, audits, and tax process design, with the ability to identify when specialist support is needed
• Demonstrated ability to build tax processes from the ground up in a high growth, evolving environment
• Comfort operating at both strategic and tactical levels, including preparing workpapers, tracking filings, reconciling accounts, and managing advisor inputs directly
• Excellent project management skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deadlines across jurisdictions and stakeholders
• Clear, practical communicator who can explain complex tax topics to non-tax audiences and build trusted relationships across the company
