About The Role

Our growing CPA firm is seeking experienced tax professionals for our North Raleigh | Wake Forest offices to prepare, review, and manage relationships with a diverse portfolio of individual and business income tax clients while leading the development and execution of proactive tax strategies for our small business prospects and clients. This is a high-visibility role for someone who wants to combine technical depth with real client relationships and work with a collaborative team — not just process returns in isolation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and manage relationships with a diverse portfolio of individual and business income tax clients
• Lead the development and execution of proactive tax strategies for small business prospects and clients
• Help clients easily navigate the complex world of taxes
• Work with a collaborative team

Requirements

• Experience in individual and/or business income tax preparation and review
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships

Qualifications

• CPA certification preferred
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
