About the role
The Tax Administration Manager is responsible for overseeing the tax operations across multiple locations. This includes managing tax compliance, ensuring accurate reporting, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize tax strategies.
Responsibilities
- Oversee tax compliance and reporting processes across all locations
- Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities while maximizing deductions
- Collaborate with finance, legal, and external auditors to ensure regulatory compliance
- Manage relationships with tax professionals and external auditors
- Provide guidance and training to team members on tax laws and regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in tax management or accounting
- CPA certification preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Qualifications
- Experience with tax software and systems
- Knowledge of federal and state tax laws and regulations
- Experience with financial modeling and analysis
