About the role

The Tax Administration Manager is responsible for overseeing the tax operations across multiple locations. This includes managing tax compliance, ensuring accurate reporting, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize tax strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee tax compliance and reporting processes across all locations
  • Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities while maximizing deductions
  • Collaborate with finance, legal, and external auditors to ensure regulatory compliance
  • Manage relationships with tax professionals and external auditors
  • Provide guidance and training to team members on tax laws and regulations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in tax management or accounting
  • CPA certification preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications

  • Experience with tax software and systems
  • Knowledge of federal and state tax laws and regulations
  • Experience with financial modeling and analysis
