Tax Accountant

Responsibilities
- Prepare and review federal, state, and local tax filings for the firm and related entities.
- Manage recurring areas such as state tax credits, property tax, and fixed assets.
- Support tax planning initiatives by identifying potential risks and opportunities.
- Absorb and assist with audits and regulatory inquiries.
- Partner with internal teams to gather and validate financial data.
- Contribute to process improvements and maintain thorough documentation.
Requirements
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
- Possess at least three years of relevant tax experience.
- A CPA designation, or active progress toward obtaining one, is preferred.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of both federal and state tax concepts.
- Show excellent analytical and organizational skills.
- Be able to communicate effectively and collaborate across teams.
