Task Team - Part Time

About the role

The Task Team Outfitter assists in the overall operational functions and health of the retail store campus. The role reduces non‑selling tasks conducted by Sales Outfitters to provide legendary customer service and selling opportunities. Outfitters focus on non‑selling tasks primarily during non‑peak business times, including prior to store opening, and also have the opportunity to provide direct customer service during open hours.

Responsibilities

• Conduct general replenishment for all areas including Fishing, Hunting, Camping, Marine/Water Sports, Apparel, Footwear, Hunt Clothing and Gifts.
• Support inventory management with on‑demand counts, empty peg scanning, display integrity checks, etc.
• Perform temporary and permanent price change execution, including tagging, signage, and inventory adjustment review.
• Execute recovery tasks such as folding, repackaging, sorting, facing, and re‑hanging.
• Support visual merchandising for assigned areas: fixture replacement, signage updates, end‑cap updates, visual merchandising directives, floor moves, mannequin dressing, and merchandise prep for ads and resets.
• Support planogram execution and maintenance across all hardlines departments.
• Assist OMNI fulfillment during peak business periods.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for all guests.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum degree required: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of relevant experience.

Skills

• Proficiency with System Two and RF/Gizmo devices.
• Ability to review and set planograms and visual merchandising directives.
• Capability to identify and replenish out‑of‑stock or low‑stock inventory.
• Strong communication with retail sales floor outfitters and leadership regarding price changes and replenishment.

Physical Requirements

Regular computer work, walking, standing, and lifting up to 50 lb.; occasional sitting.

Pay

Starting Pay Rate: $16.00 – $18.75 (Part‑Time).
