Task Order Project Manager

About the Role

OCH Technologies is seeking a Task Order Project Manager to support a DLA IT support services contract. The candidate will manage a large, complex task order (or a group of task orders affecting the same system) and assist the Program Manager in collaborating with the Government Contracting Officer (KO), Task Order Managers, Government management personnel, and customer agency representatives. This position supports a proposal effort and is contingent upon award, customer approval, and successful onboarding requirements.

Responsibilities

• Under the guidance of the Program Manager, oversee the overall management of specific task order(s) and ensure timely implementation of technical solutions and schedules.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the customer and stakeholders.
• Manage all aspects of task order execution, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Develop, maintain, and monitor project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
• Adapt responsibilities over time to support team and organizational goals while staying within the role's scope.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts, or four (4) additional years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
• Experience: A minimum of 3–5 years managing enterprise IT Support Services contracts for the Department of Defense (DoD) or other Federal agencies, with demonstrated experience in ITIL-based Service Management and Service Delivery methodologies.
• Security Clearance: Moderate Risk (Confidential, Non-Critical Sensitive, IT II) with a Tier 3/NACLC/ANACI investigation.
• Certifications:
  • Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, or other recognized certification)
  • DoD Approved 8570 Baseline Certification: Category IAM Level I
• Skills and Abilities: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and fulfill contract duties.
