Task Manager/ Contract Manager

About the role

MANDEX currently has a need for a Task Manager / Contract Manager to join our Team based in Charleston, SC.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day contract operations in accordance with contract requirements and performance objectives.
• Serve as the primary point of contact with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR).
• Coordinate activities across technical and administrative teams to ensure successful contract execution.
• Identify and resolve personnel and performance issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Foster collaboration and effective communication among Government stakeholders, contractor personnel, and project teams.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of three (3) years of experience in project management, team leadership, contract administration, or direct contract operations oversight.
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with at least three years of team lead or management experience; or Associate’s Degree in any discipline with at least five years of team lead or management experience.
• Certification: IAM Level III Security Level: Must possess and be able to maintain a security clearance.
• Travel Requirements: Ability to travel up to 10% of the time. Must have a valid passport and be willing to travel CONUS and OCONUS.
• Other Requirements: Must be a U.S Citizen.

Qualifications
