Task Force Sous Chef

About the role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our hotel, ensuring that all guests receive exceptional service and that the property runs smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of hotel operations including housekeeping, food and beverage services, and guest relations.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Manage staff schedules and conduct performance evaluations.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in hotel management.
• Proven ability to manage teams effectively.
• Strong leadership skills and excellent communication abilities.
• Experience with property management systems.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of hotel industry trends and best practices.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Schedule

This is a full-time position with a standard 40-hour workweek, including weekends and holidays.
