About the role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our hotel, ensuring guest satisfaction and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of hotel operations including housekeeping, front desk, and maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
  • Manage staff schedules and conduct performance evaluations.
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest experience and loyalty.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in hotel management or similar roles.
  • Proven ability to manage teams effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Qualifications

    • Valid driver’s license.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Experience with property management systems.
