About the role
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our hotel, ensuring guest satisfaction and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service.Responsibilities
- Overseeing all aspects of hotel operations including housekeeping, food and beverage services, and front desk functions.
- Maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for guests.
- Managing staff schedules and performance evaluations.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handling guest complaints and resolving issues promptly.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in hotel management or equivalent.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a team.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Experience with property management software.
- Knowledge of local and state regulations regarding hotels.
- Customer service orientation.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
