Targeting Officer

About the role

Leidos has multiple Targeting Officer positions in Northern Virginia. Candidates must have or be able to attain a TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph examination. Willing and able to work a weekly rotating 24/7 shift schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Guiding and monitoring the execution of collection operations
• Integrating collected information into a cohesive intelligence narrative
• Communicating the narrative regularly to a wide audience of stakeholders, both in writing and verbally
• Identifying and addressing gaps in information proactively
• Working collaboratively in high-stress environments
• Thinking critically and communicating complex information accurately, clearly, and in context
• Drafting and disseminating written Request for Information (RFI)s
• Delivering concise briefings confidently and clearly

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask
• Ability to work in high-stress environments
• Experience with targeting tools, databases, all-source targeting methodologies, and various intelligence sources
• Able to manage taskings and maintain information flow across multiple organizations
• Valid driver’s license with Real ID

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 8 to 12 years of full-time professional experience
• Candidates with a Master’s degree are highly desirable with 6 to 10 years of experience

Benefits

Pay Range: $92,300.00 - $166,850.00
